Frimley Junior AQC

Suzanne Bullen (Chair)

Suzanne was appointed Chair after joining the AQC as a parent councillor in 2019. She has always been passionate about education and the community. Her focus is to support Frimley Junior School to ensure that all pupils reach their full potential in a nurturing and positive environment.

Suzanne is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales who, after working for ten years in an accountancy firm, set up her own accountancy practice in 2012. She has two children, one at Frimley Junior School and one at Tomlinscote School.

Natalie Stoker (Vice Chair)

Natalie is a graduate of Spanish and Portuguese from Southampton University.  Following a role as IELTS co-ordinator at The University of Surrey, Natalie returned to Higher Education to complete a PGCE in MFL at St Mary's, Twickenham.  Natalie is currently Head of Spanish at The Holt School, Wokingham- a role she has fulfilled for 14 years.  She is in the process of combining teaching with setting up her own business.  Natalie's key focus is Safeguarding and the wellbeing of the whole school community - students and staff.

Patricia Davies

Patricia is a Market Analyst by profession with over 25 years of experience. Patricia also has two teenage children, who are both educated locally and is an active member of St Andrews Church, Frimley Green & Mytchett.  With a particular interest in SEN resources, Patricia works as part of the AQC to ensure all children get the best from their schooling both academically and socially, whatever their background or ability.

Vanessa Lands

Vanessa is Managing Director of Devonshire Marketing Consultants Ltd, a UK PR agency for enterprise technology clients. She’s been in technology marketing for 30 years, ghost-writes articles and speeches for senior figures in banking, technology and healthcare, and has been a Non-Executive Director advising smaller software start-ups in the UK and Europe.  Vanessa joined the Frimley Board of Governors in 2019 because she wanted to help contribute to the outcomes of children after seeing the positive work and momentum at Frimley CoE first-hand.

Geoff Silk

Geoff works as a Risk Analyst for a vehicle leasing firm which operates the Motability Scheme for disabled people. Geoff is a Foundation Councillor through the school’s close links with St Andrew’s Church where he is an active member of the church family. He has three children, one at Frimley Junior and two at Sandringham Infants, and has a keen interest in the development and flourishing of the school across all areas of the curriculum.

Anna Stroud (Staff Councillor)

Anna Stroud is a classroom teacher at Frimley Junior School. Anna started working at Frimley 4 years ago since joining the school from St Augustines. Anna leads on Personal, Social, Health, Economic (PSHE) and Mental Health & Emotional Wellbeing. Anna has recently been awarded a Masters Degree in Pedagogy from St Mary’s University, where she undertook the course in her own time.  Although Anna currently resides within Key Stage Two, she has experience in teaching the curriculum across all year groups including Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
